Ms.Danton graduated from UCLA Law School at a time when it held the rank of a "top ten" law school in the country. She started her career serving as a criminal prosecutor with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office while gaining invaluable jury trial, court trial and court room experience. Later she joined an insurance defense firm in Orange County representing individuals allegedly culpable for minor to severe physical injuries in settings as varied as automobile negligence, dog bites, and matters involving multiple parties in complex litigation. In 1987 Ms.Danton established her private practice which has been successfully serving the family law and personal injury communities for more than 20 years.
Ms. Danton has tried over thousands of cases to conclusion as sole legal counsel. She appears in court approximately 20 times per month. Ms. Danton's experience and reputation have been the basis for invitations to television speaking engagements on child support and driving under the influence, State Bar presentations on Women in Litigation, membership on the Boards of Trustees serving bar associations, hospital foundations, community rehabilitation organizations, educational organizations, scholarship committees, as a founding member of legal referral services and membership in the prestigious American Inns of Court.
Ms. Danton has handled complex family law matters where community estates total over 8 million dollars, and matters involving allegations of parental alienation, move away, child molestation, hidden income, business valuations, domestic violence, civil harassment, psychological evaluations, psychiatric evaluations, receiverships and breach of fiduciary duties.
Ms.Danton's experience in personal injury includes jury trials, arbitrations and mediations against insurance company attorneys, school districts, hospitals, large and small corporations and government entities. She has prosecuted and defended cases involving major accidents as featured in media publications, newspapers and television.
